Lessons Learned: Moving from ILT to Blended/Multi-Modality Learning

In this panel discussion by the Power Design Learning Team, issues around how to convert an organization's learning curriculum from 99% ILT to 99% blended/multi-modality will be discussed. What challenges did they face? How did they get buy-in from management? How did they get buy-in from the average learner? What stumbling blocks did they run into in their highly regulated industry? How did corporate culture impact their decisions? What issues do they now face? What would they have done differently if they had to do it all again?

Participants are encouraged to bring their questions!

Presented by the eLearning Team at Power Design: Michelle Beckert, Sean McGinty, and their extended team
