Robert Graves, DCT, MBA, Certified Trainer & Sales Director, Dale Carnegie Training Tampa Bay

Robert Graves is a Dale Carnegie Certified Trainer. For over a decade with Dale Carnegie Training Tampa Bay, Robert trains clients in the highly effective Dale Carnegie Sales and also Sales Leaders courses.  He also trains in Leadership, Presentation, and Engagement courses. 

As a Director of Business Performance Improvement for Dale Carnegie Tampa Bay, Robert Graves is a specialist in helping technical communicate with the non-techies. Robert values education and training.  For years, he taught Microsoft MCSE and CompTIA courses for the University of Phoenix, O/E Learning, and others.

With a BA in Communication from USF (class of ’85 GO BULLS!!!) and an MBA with focus in Finance and Marketing, Robert brings 30+ years of professional training experience and leadership skills to his clients.

 Robert worked for CA Technologies as a Senior Sales Executive in the Tampa office.  While there, he was twice #1 in Stand Alone Sales.  When at Allied Telesyn, he increased SMB sales by 363% in one year through sales leadership and advanced networking techniques. He served as the Business Continuity Analyst over Florida for HP. He was a partner at Southeast Computers in the ‘90’s, training the system engineers in the network installation department.
