Our fourth and final session in this ongoing series for 2014 on

"OD & Design Thinking"

Workplace design:

applying OD and Design principles

synergistically

Content

It seems evident that the physical environment of the workplace affects the well being of organizations and their stakeholders.

While much is said about this topic, the quality of the workplace physical environment is rarely measured; most decisions about the physical work environment are made without considering the implications for organizational and individual efficacy.

This fourth session on design thinking and OD will consider, explore, and begin to design a prototype tool to measure the quality of the workplace physical environment.

We hope you will join us on April 4.

"Pre-think"

This brief article on "ethnography" will serve as a designer's warmup for participants.

An ethnography primer

And... please bring a list of 4-6 of the most critical things to consider when designing/evaluating the physical environment.
